7. Fairy Queen Express – Feel the Luxury with Short Journey

The Fairy Queen Express is the oldest luxury train of India. This train gets powered from steam locomotive that was built in 1855. You can feel the royalty as it rambles from Delhi to Alwar, Rajasthan. This train has been mentioned in the Guinness Book of World Records and has also received National Tourism Award. Even in this train you will find all world class facilities. The list of luxury trains in India is incomplete without this train.

Route – Delhi – Alwar – Sariska- Alwar – Delhi

Like other luxurious train you must book your tickets in well advance to experience leisure tours in India. This train is also operated from October to March on second and forth Saturdays. You need to pay 8, 600 INR + Service tax per person for 2 days and 1 night journey. This price includes two way train expense, sightseen and stay at Sariska. This train has 2 stoppages Alwar and Sariska. The sightseeing included are
